Been pretty busy this week with non-genealogy activities, but did get started on my Bennett clan. If I were to do a one-family study, these guys would be high up on the list! They started out in San Saba, Texas of the late 1800′s- which was apparently the Texas equivalent to Matt Dillon’s Dodge City, then several of the brothers moved to Wyoming in the early 1900′s and lived as cattle ranchers in the rugged young state.

I am fortunate and thankful to have gotten a CD full of document/photo images from an online Bennett cousin, so it’s taking a bit longer to get all the data and sources into my database. Not that that’s a bad thing…

• Update both my Freepages site and WorldConnect database and email a RootsMagic backup to my Gmail account
• Add 2 direct-line ancestors to my research wiki
• Continue to add inscriptions to the headstone photos at Chatt-Jessie Cemetery

Added 3GGM Serena Jane Brown and 4GGF John H Brown to my wiki and managed to update a few headstone images at Chatt-Jessie.

One other thing to consider: how often should I update the FamViewer app on my new iPhone. Nice to have my tree with me if I happen upon some new data…
